They always say Realtors have the best homes. There has never been a home description more difficult for me to write. This home might be the best example of ''pride of ownership, EVER.'' It has been loved by my family for almost a decade. We have done everything to it. The neighbors joked about what project we could possibly be doing now. We did our absolute best to keep all the character and charm this home has to offer in tact, while giving it all the updates that worked for our family. We added an additional 11 windows and a full dormer to this 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. We removed all the vinyl siding (hard to believe someone covered up the original wood siding) restored the original wood siding and replaced what needed to be replaced. We added a driveway and parking pad. We ran all the utilities underground while doing it. Its the only home in the area with underground power lines. The kitchen was the last of the huge projects and it was completed in 2018. Full tear down to the studs. Spray foam was used in the walls and ceiling and even under the flooring in the butlers pantry area. Custom cabinets hand build by Chino Ross of Countryside cabinets. Quartzite countertops, top of the line appliances and flooring brought in from an old home in Tennessee to match the rest of the home as best as possible.
